About the Project
The project was implemented on a seven-hectare land starting from the eastern end of the Kremlin Island and extending between the Moscow River and the Vodootvodny Canal; It includes commercial, cultural and sports buildings as well as office buildings.
MKH, the operator of the project, has so far completed many buildings that are among the symbols of the city, with a total area of 156,000 m², including 65,500 m² of leasable office space within the Riverside Towers.
Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy
The complex includes the 235-room, five-star Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy. City Space Bar & Restaurant, located on the rooftop of the hotel, is considered one of the best bars in the world with its panoramic city view and has received the World Travel Awards.
Conference Center
The Conference Center, which has become one of the important attraction centers of the region since the day it was opened, hosts many conferences, seminars and events for its distinguished guests.
